Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reserve the space for a full day or set up the day before?
Yes. While most events run 2–3 hours, some celebrations or larger gatherings may require additional time. Full‑day reservations are available, and day‑before setup can often be arranged upon request. Just let us know your needs when you submit your Group Event Reservation Form.


What types of events can I host at Driftwood Farm?
We welcome a wide range of gatherings, including birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, reunions, club meetings, and work retreats. If you have something unique in mind, just ask — we’re happy to help.

 

How many guests can you accommodate?
Group size depends on the space you choose, but most events comfortably host up to 60 guests. Larger groups may be possible with advance planning.

 

What spaces are available for events?
Events may use the flower field, outdoor patio, pavilion, and barn. 

 

Do you provide seating and tables?
Yes — we provide tables and seating for your group.

Are bathrooms available?
We currently have a porta‑potty available for guest use and are working toward adding additional restroom accommodations as our farm continues to grow.
 

Can we bring our own food or decorations?
Yes — outside food, desserts, and decorations are welcome. We simply ask that all décor is easy to remove and that no confetti or glitter is used in ANY space.

 

Can we add U‑Pick flowers to our event?
Absolutely. Many groups enjoy adding U-Pick Bouquets or Flower Bars to their event!

 

Is a projector available?
Yes — a projector is available, perfect for slideshows, presentations, or group activities.
 

How do we book an event?
Simply fill out our Group Event Reservation Form, and we’ll help you plan a beautiful gathering at Driftwood Farm.
 

Payment
A deposit is required when your booking is confirmed. The balance is due on the day of your visit.
